FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a combined pyrolysis and hydrocracking method for conversion of a hydrocarbon mixture to obtain olefins, where the method involves: mixing of non-petroleum crude oil and gas oil with formation of hydrocarbon mixture; heating the hydrocarbon mixture in a heater for evaporation of part of hydrocarbons in the hydrocarbon mixture and forming a heated hydrocarbon mixture; heated hydrocarbon mixture separation in the first separator into the first vapour fraction and the first liquid fraction; mixing steam with first vapour fraction, overheating of mixture produced in convection zone and supply of overheated mixture to first radiant coil in radiant zone of pyrolysis reactor in order to perform thermal cracking of hydrocarbons contained therein to form olefins; feeding a first liquid fraction or a portion thereof and hydrogen to a hydrocracker reactor system, contacting the first liquid fraction with a hydrocracking catalyst for cracking a portion of hydrocarbons in the first liquid fraction to olefins and obtaining an effluent stream from the hydrocracker reactor system; recovering unreacted hydrogen from hydrocarbons in the effluent; separation into fractions of hydrocarbons in outlet flow with formation of two or more fractions of hydrocarbons, including gas oil. Invention also relates to a version of a combined pyrolysis and hydrocracking method for converting a hydrocarbon mixture to obtain olefins, a method of producing olefins and/or dienes, a system for producing olefins and/or dienes.
EFFECT: technical result is high output of desired olefins, dienes, diolefines and aromatic compounds.
