FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the hydrocarbon mixtures thermal cracking, such as unstripped crude oils or other hydrocarbon mixtures, for the olefins production. Described is the hydrocarbon mixture thermal cracking method for the olefins production, comprising: hydrocarbon mixture heating in the heater for the hydrocarbons portion in the hydrocarbon mixture evaporation and the heated hydrocarbon mixture formation; heated hydrocarbon mixture separation in the first separator into the first vapor fraction and the first liquid fraction; first liquid fraction heating in the pyrolysis reactor convection zone for the hydrocarbons portion in the first liquid fraction evaporation and the second heated hydrocarbon mixture formation; heated hydrocarbon mixture separation in the second separator into the second vapor fraction and the second liquid fraction; water vapor mixing with the first vapor fraction, the resultant mixture superheating in the convection zone, and the superheated mixture supplying to the first radiant coil in the pyrolysis reactor radiant area; and the water vapor mixing with the second vapor fraction, the resultant mixture superheating in the convection zone, and the superheated mixture supplying to the second radiant coil in the pyrolysis reactor radiant area. Disclosed process stages are also used in the hydrocarbon mixture thermal cracking method, containing hydrocarbons, boiling in the range from the naphtha fractions hydrocarbons to the hydrocarbons boiling at a temperature of more than 550 °C, for the olefins production.

EFFECT: reduction of coke formation and pollution during the cracking process, even under conditions of high rigidity, which leads to the desired yields, at that, significantly reducing the capital and energy costs associated with the preliminary fractionation and separate processing.
