FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: high-voltage organic luminescent device with a layer package for light emitting comprises a base material with the upper and lower sides as a substrate and an electrically conductive layer on the upper side of the base material, the latter comprises a first region which is configured to provide direct electrical contact with the upper electrode, and a second region as a lower electrode which is electrically isolated from the first region, a package of organic layers applied to the second region and intended for emitting light, an upper electrode on the upper part of the package of organic layers, and a protective element covering at least an upper electrode and a package of organic layers, wherein the first region contacts with the negative electrode, which is the negative terminal of the device. The electrically conductive layer on the upper side of the base material comprises at least an additional third region as a lower electrode which is electrically isolated from the first and second regions. Additionally, at least the second organic layer package applied to the third region for emitting light, at least the second upper electrode on the upper portion of the second package of organic layers is introduced, and the second region of the electrically conductive layer being configured to provide direct electrical contact with the second upper electrode. Additionally, at least two stabiliser diodes electrically connected in series are provided, the anode of the first one is connected to the first region of the electrically conductive layer on the upper side of the base material, the cathode of the first one and the anode of at least the second stabiliser diode are connected together with the second region, and the cathode of at least the second stabiliser diode is connected to an additional at least a third region. At least a third region contacts with a positive electrode which is a positive terminal of the device, and the electrically conductive layer on the upper side of the base material and the base material are at least partially transparent for the wavelengths of the emitted light.
EFFECT: increase the reliability of an organic electroluminescent device using a DC power supply at high voltage potentials.
