SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and may be used in minimally invasive surgery. The instrument is introduced into a body, e.g. through a trocar. The instrument has two fixatives and centrally directed knife for vessel compression. One of the fixatives has preferentially a ceramic main body with electrically insulated flanges in the form of undercuts. The electrically insulated flanges extend towards a median plane and simplify an electrode assembly and two tissue compression points.

EFFECT: advantage consists in the fact that a coagulation process wherein the coagulation tissue volume is reduced, thereby is the tissue is reliably gripped, while the coagulation quality is substantially improved.
