SUBSTANCE: invention relates to system and method for producing mineral fibres. Proposed system comprises device to produce fibrous bulk provided with revolving rotors; supercharging appliances arranged to surround rotor active lateral surfaces nearby active side surface for blowing fibres from lateral surfaces toward collecting appliances that are arranged at a distance from the device to produce fibrous bulk; appliances to feed finished fibres that allow adding finished fibres to the bulk of fresh fibres formed on lateral surface; appliance to feed binder to the mix of fresh fibres formed on lateral surface and finished fibres. Binder feed appliances are located nearby supercharging appliances, while finished fibre feed appliances are located on binder feed appliance side most remote from supercharging appliance.
EFFECT: reduced amount of discards, simplified production procedure.
