FIELD: textile industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises rotary fiber-forming rotor fitted on horizontal axis. Note here that the said rotor has active periphery whereon mineral fibers are, primarily, formed, and fiber blow-up device arranged around aforesaid active periphery and furnished with blow-up slot. Aforesaid slot accommodates one or several extra nozzles and/or a row of the said nozzles arranged outside the said blow-up device. Aforesaid nozzles are inclined towards fiber-forming area wherein fibrous structure is formed from the melt and allow distributing gas, fluid and mix thereof, and binder applied on fiber.
EFFECT: accurate blow-up, higher quality.
