FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely, to design versions of bodies and versions of their fabrication. In compliance with first version, compound component comprises two component parts and third component part arranged there between. First and second component parts are made from material containing magnesium, while third component is made from material containing aluminium. First and second parts make larger part of compound component. In compliance with second version, component first part may be attached to car first lateral side and comprises, at least, one bore to retain the car central support component. Second part may be attached to second lateral side of the car. Note here that component second part is spaced apart from first part. In compliance with first version of car component fabrication, mould for moulding compound component comprising first part moulded integral with second part. Then, first part is separated from second part. First part is secured to first preset section of the car and second part is secured to second preset car section. In compliance with second version, method of moulding first and second parts first and second mould cavities are used. This part of the component is fitted between first and second parts of the component and compound component is produced. In compliance with third version, proposed method used mould for moulding compound part made from first material and containing first part moulded integral with second part. Then, first part is separated from second part. Third part is assembled with first part made from another material to produce compound component.

EFFECT: reduced weight and increased strength.
