FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to surgery, and can be used for postoperative prevention of acute pancreatitis in splenectomised patients. That is ensured by leucopheresis on the surgery day in a plasma separator to collect packed white cells in two Hemocon containers of 70-80 ml each. One container is added with Gordox 200 thousand units and 1% ATP 2 ml and incubated for 45 minutes at temperature +24-25°C and introduced intraoperatively after executing a principal stage of the surgery, intravenously drop-by-drop. On the first postoperative day, the similar mixture is prepared in the second container and introduced intravenously drop-by-drop.
EFFECT: method allows reduced length of treatment and amount of consumed preparations due to lower enzymatic activity of the pancreas.
