SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine. Wide-angle surgical illuminator of small caliber contains optic fibre, made with possibility of optic connection with light source and receiving light beam from light source and transmission of light beam for illumination of region of surgical area; handle, functionally connected with optic fibre; optic element, made with possibility to receive light beam and light beam dispersion for illumination of region of surgical area. Optic element contains compound parabolic concentrator ("CPC") cone; and cannula, functionally connected with handle for placing and guiding optic fibre and optic element.
EFFECT: application of claimed group of inventions will ensure wide-angle dispersion and high emission efficiency of emitted light.
