FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: versions of invention are intended for application in medicine. Light-conducting infusion cannula includes: optic fibre, made with possibility to provide light, pipeline, made with possibility to transfer flowing medium, and socket, mechanically connected to endolighter and pipeline. Optic fibre has numerical aperture, at least, 0.63. Cannhula contains transparent cannula with proximal end, located after socket and distal end of endolighter. Transparent cannula is located coaxially with respect to endolighter; there is space between distal end of endolighter and proximal end of transparent cannula. Said space makes it possible for flowing medium to flow around distal end of endolighter and flow inside transparent cannula. Cannula is made with possibility to diffuse light, emitted from endolighter, at specified angular spread.
EFFECT: application of claimed inventions makes it possible to increase light-transmittance and rate of flowing medium flow through light-conducting infusion cannula inside operation area.
