FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: plant for processing of dielectric materials, which contains chamber with standing wave, loading/unloading system of processed material and conveyor for its movement inside the chamber, two generators of microwave energy, which are connected through pieces of waveguides and energy inputs to the chamber, includes the chamber which is made of waveguide folded in the form of ring, or of linear pieces of waveguide, which are connected to each other so that closed polyhedron is formed and its length is equal to integral number of wave lengths in the chamber, and energy outputs are located from each at the distance the value of which is equal to odd number of fourths of the wave length. Besides, slot for arrangement of conveyor moving the processed material inside the chamber is made in vertical wall of the chamber. Conveyor can be made from dielectric material with small losses in he form of rotating disc.

EFFECT: effect of the invention is improved efficiency of microwave plant for processing of dielectric materials.
