FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: device for data transmission is equipped with telemetric component configured for change of telemetric band dedicated to downhole component in response to downhole data. The device also transmits downhole data to above-ground location. According to the first version the method of data transmitting consists in measurement of downhole data by means of a downhole component, in forming a data frame, in changing the telemetric pass band dedicated to the downhole component in response to downhole data corresponding to a hazardous condition, emergency condition and to problem caused with pressure of a formation. According to the second version the method consists in forming multitude of frames of data of the first type transmitted between the downhole location and above-ground location. There are formed frames of data of the second type in response to detection of one of types on a hazardous condition, emergency condition and problem caused with pressure of the formation. The frame of data of the second type is transmitted on base of priority.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and increased rate of data transmission.
