SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. A system comprises a medical history writing system referred to a patient. The medical history writing system accommodates a computer-readable memory for patient's physiological data storage and a wireless communication interface for connection with a patient's measurement unit and for connection with a portable interface box referred to a health service provider. The method involves the stages: the patient's measurement unit is used to measure a numerical value characterising a patient's physiological parametre. The measurement unit comprises a short-range wireless communication interface for numerical value transmission to the medical history writing system. The stages of application of the patient's measurement unit (112) and wireless communication interface (152) to each of a number of patients.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and rate of data transmission.
