CLINICAL DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM BASED ON TRIAGE DECISION MAKING Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61B5/205 G06F19/00

Abstract RU 2679572 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to the system of support for clinical decisions based on the decision-making on sorting patients. Clinical decision support system that contains a machine-readable data carrier to support clinical decision-making, encoded by machine-readable commands for performing the method, the system comprising a computing system, which includes: at least one computing processor; I/O facilities and computer readable media encoded by the patient sorting module, wherein the input / output means are capable of receiving an electrical signal that includes a set of at least two measured physiological parameters of the patient, the measurements of the same physiological indicator are performed in different places of the patient's body; and at least one computing processor configured to execute commands of the patient sorting module, which include: comparing the specified at least two physiological parameters with a given range of physiological parameters based on the output standards of the sensor, which have an electronic format; identification of the data needed to determine the likelihood and the studied severity of the patient based on standard data, as a result of determining that said at least two physiological parameters do not correspond to the range of physiological parameters; obtaining said identified data in electronic format; determining the likelihood and severity of the patient's condition under study based on the received identifiable data determination of the recommended course of action for the patient, based on the obtained probabilities, the severity of the medical institution's resources and regulatory events; and displaying on a screen a visual representation of the likelihood, severity and recommended course of action.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides for facilitating the early detection, sorting of patients, and interventions under certain patient conditions being studied.
