FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and can find application in rhinophyma treatment. Subtance of a method consist in the fact that tissues of pathologically changed skin are excised with using a high-frequency loop electrode of a radio surgical instrument in a cutting mode. Excision of the changed skin tissue is followed with argon-plasma coagulation of a surgical area with using a argon coagulation instrument at first in an electrodesiccation mode, and then in a spray mode. The tissues are excised with using said high-frequency loop electrode of the Fotek E80 apparatus, while argon-plasma coagulation of the surgical area is assisted with the Fotek EA140 apparatus.
EFFECT: use of the given invention allows eliminating postoperative recurrences, provides faster healing with achieved high cosmetic effect.
