FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: deflector includes two electrooptic plates with transparent low-resistance and high-resistance conducting layers applied to their surfaces and with control linear electrodes. To low-resistance and high-resistance conducting layers there applied are mirror coatings, for example dielectric multi-layer interference mirrors for length of wave of light beam, and optic thicknesses of electrooptic plates are chosen so that they are divisible by the half-wave length of light beam.
EFFECT: improving resolution, scanning speed.
