FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: ignition device includes control device of dielectric permeability, emission device of microwaves, and ignition mechanism. Operation of control device of dielectric permeability is performed by introduction of water and/or waste gas to combustion/reaction zone. Microwave emission device emits microwaves to combustion/reaction zone to increase the temperature of mixture, to perform plasma discharge and to increase concentration of radicals. Ignition mechanism ignites the mixture by performing the discharge. Ignition device can contain control device. Also, invention deals with internal combustion engines, ignition plug, plasma equipment, device for decomposition of waste gas, ozone-forming/sterilising/disinfecting device and odour control device.
EFFECT: providing stable and complete combustion of fuel, and development of device for decomposition of waste gas, ozone- forming, sterilising, disinfecting device and odour control device, which work at low costs.
