FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: there is claimed procedure for thermal treatment of disk blanks out of granulated high alloyed nickel alloys with base micro-crystal structure micro-duplex. The procedure consists in heating disk blanks for quenching at temperature 15-35°C below temperature of solvus of γ' -phase and in conditioning at this temperature during 4-5 hours, in quenching and in ageing. Disk blanks are heated and conditioned before quenching with preliminary loading local peripheral zone of a blank by means of deformation effect equal to 0.03-0.10 kg/mm2 to facilitate a creepage mode, transformation of micro-duplex structure into a matrix structure and increased heat resistance at raised temperature.
EFFECT: raised heat resistance properties of peripheral zone of disk blanks, increased service life of disks and reduced consumption of materials.
