FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of catalyst for conversion of stock containing oxygenate in olefins. Proposed method comprises: loading catalyst into reactor; feeding stock flow containing oxygenate into reactor; making stock flow containing oxygenate staying in contact with catalyst in reactor and converting stock flow into light olefins to form used catalyst; regeneration of, at least, a fraction of used catalyst in regenerator to obtain first fraction of regenerated catalyst and used catalyst containing catalyst particles for contact with stock flow containing catalyst particles; returning first fraction of regenerated catalyst for contact with stock flow containing oxygenate; purifying waste gas containing catalyst particles by filter to separated catalyst particles from off-gas, and returning, at least, a fraction of catalyst particles separated from off-gas into reactor. Invention relates also to device intended for implementation of above described method.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of catalyst in conversion of oxygenate into olefins, reduced loss of catalyst.
