Inner surfaces of steam, and/or water heating, and/or heat exchange equipment, and/or service heat pipelines are subjected to action of trains of pulses with frequency of 0.1-50 Hz to produce magnetostriction at interatomic level on equipment heating and heat exchange surfaces for water magnetic pulse treatment by electron-electromagnetic pulse field.
