SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring the efficiency of placing online advertising. Method for measuring the efficiency of placing online advertising and/or targeted advertising is carried out offline by at least one recording device, collection and recognition of offline data located in the zone of the advertised location, transmit an array of offline data, compare the array of offline location data received for a pre-set period of time, locate mobile and/or portable devices in the location, and measurement of the effectiveness of placing online advertising and/or targeted advertising is carried out by calculating the conversion rate from online to offline, as the ratio of the array identified in the location of mobile and/or portable devices, on which the display of online advertising to a common array of mobile and/or portable devices was carried out.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increased reliability of data processing.
