SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of collecting information offline for analyzing audiences in outdoor advertising companies and measuring efficiency of placing outdoor advertising by measuring conversion from physically located next to location of outdoor advertising in visits to advertised location or location with advertised product. Technical result is achieved in method of determining efficiency of outdoor advertising, characterized by that sensors are installed in location of outdoor advertisement carrier and in advertised location, in offline mode, collecting information on mobile devices of users located in the location of the outdoor advertisement, and collecting information on mobile devices of users located in the advertised location, wherein collection of information in offline mode is carried out by recording at least one parameter identifying a mobile device, processing the obtained information, and efficiency of outdoor advertising is determined by crossing information on mobile devices of users, consecutively registered in location of outdoor advertising media and in advertised location.
EFFECT: technical result achieved by the disclosed invention is to improve the efficiency of outdoor advertising for users and advertising goods and services of companies, while increasing the level of protection of personal data of the user.
