SUBSTANCE: invention concerns solid-state device of image capture (SDIC) for application in scanners, video cameras, digital photo cameras etc. SDIC includes pixel module aggregate, each module including photoelectric transformation element, signal line reading electric signals from the pixel element aggregate, first condenser element with its first electrode connected to signal line, amplifier with its input connected to second electrode of first condenser element, and second condenser element connected between amplifier input and output. First condenser capacity is lower in addition mode performance than in non-addition mode performance, allowing lower amplification factor for addition mode performance than for non-addition mode performance.
