NITROGEN-CONTAINING FEEDSTUFF ADDITIVE AND METHOD OF ITS PRODUCTION Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC A23K1/22 

FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is assigned to be used in agriculture, particularly in animal breeding. The proposed additive contains carbamide, cereal gains, straw, sunflower and bentonite at the following components ratio, wt %: carbamide - 10-20, cereal gains - 10-65, straw - no more than 70, sunflower - no more than 50, bentonite - balance. The method for production of the nitrogen-containing feedstuff additive consists in mixture and activation of cereal gains, straw, carbamide, sunflower and bentonite in mechanical activators, the grinding bodies acceleration being 200-400 m/s² and treatment time amounting to 60-120 sec.

EFFECT: invention enables to increase intensity of test bull-calves growth as compared to the reference animal group by 3-27% and to reduce fodder expenditure per 1 kg of body weight gain by 7-9%.
