FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, namely, to processing of such endless materials as wire, rods, tubes etc. Proposed device comprises heating chamber 2 to heat fed material 3 in its pass through heating chamber 3, and plasma reactor 5 arranged behind said heating chamber 3 and provided with, at least, one discharge chamber 10 though which material is continuously fed for it to be subjected to plasma processing. Material surface cleaning depth is increased due to using atmosphere of hydrogen or its mix with rare gas in, at least, one discharge chamber. Note here that concentration of hydrogen radicals in plasma processing atmosphere is set equal to, at least, 1020 m-3.
EFFECT: higher intensity of processing endless materials.
