The Escherichia coli MZ08 strain - producer of recombinant protein of mature staphylokinase St. aureus with identification peptide of six histidine residues is offered. A method of producing recombinant protein of mature staphylokinase with identification peptide of six histidine residues is presented.
EFFECT: invention allows producing protein exhibiting high fibrinolytic activity, with reduced yield of recombinant protein of total.
