SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for purifying lacto-N-neotetraose from other carbohydrates, characterized by the following: the method includes the steps of subjecting an aqueous solution containing lacto-N-neotetraose to two stages of membrane filtration using different membranes or exposing an aqueous solution containing lacto-N-neotetraose, membrane filtration and continuous chromatography steps.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain lacto-N-neotetraose with a high degree of purification.
