SUBSTANCE: communication system for position detector comprises a position detector for detecting the table displacement value, an analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) connected to the position detector, a numerical program control device connected to the ADC and which also receives the position signal which is converted by the ADC, and an information processor connected to the ADC through a universal serial bus capable of transmitting in two directions. The information processor includes a data and program storage unit, a computing unit for program execution, and a display unit for displaying results of calculations performed by the computing unit, and data.
