FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular, to ophthalmology and is intended for estimation of functional state of filtering bleb after anti-glaucoma operation. For polygonal area of conjunctiva in zone of filtering bleb index of hyperemia as per cent of brightness of red channel of digital three-channel image of total channel brightness, as well as width and height of filtering bleb are determined. If hyperemia index is 4-11%, bleb width is 8 mm and more and height is 0.8-2.5 mm functional state of filtering bleb is estimated as satisfactory. If hyperemia index is 12% and higher, bleb width is to 4 mm and height is 0.8 mm or if hyperemia index is less than 4%, bleb width is less than 8 mm and height is 2.6 mm and more, functional state of filtration bleb is estimated as unsatisfactory.
EFFECT: method ensures adequate estimation of functional state of filtering bleb after anti-glaucoma operation with prediction of further disease course and correction of tactics of individual patient treatment.
