SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and is intended for predicting development of functional blockade of anterior chamber angle (ACA). Estimation of state of anterior eye chamber angle is carried out. Additionally posterior eye segment is examined. If posterior exfoliation of vitreous body takes place in combination with narrow angle of anterior chamber development of functional blockade of anterior chamber angle is predicted.
EFFECT: method ensures more accurate prediction of functional ACA blockade with selection of respective tactics of treatment and observation.
