FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in re-melting consumable electrode in movable crystalliser with mandrel in main flux containing, wt %: calcium fluoride 54-56, aluminium oxide 18-20, calcium oxide 10-12, magnesium oxide 8-10, titanium dioxide 6-8 and additional having following composition, wt %: calcium fluoride 52-54, aluminium oxide 30-33, magnesium oxide 14-16.
EFFECT: production of qualitative metal titan and boron containing grades of steel with uniform distribution of elements by height of ingot.
