SUBSTANCE: accelerometer comprises a body plate of conducting monosilicon, where there is a movable electrode-pendulum, electrodes of capacitance converter of movements and sectional electrodes of reverse electrostatic converter of torque, positive and negative sources of reference voltages, which are connected to electrodes of the reverse converter via a key device, which switches their polarity, and the output of the accelerometer is connected to the input of control of electrodes in the reverse electrostatic converter of torque via a device of the output voltage polarity switching.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase accuracy of measurements due to elimination of mass transfer between movable and fixed power electrodes.
