FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: Microgyro is connected in linear vibrator circuit on carcass plate from conducting monosilicon and comprises two sensitive elements including moving assemblies, identical sensitive weights and electronic units. Two motions are imparted to said first assembly, i.e. angular motion by external forces relative to axis of sensitivity and linear oscillatory motion in transverse axis to develop Coriolis acceleration. Angular motion in the axis of sensitivity is imparted to second assembly from external forces. First sensitive element measures Coriolis acceleration and possible interferences in the same axis. Second sensitive element measures solely interferences in the same axis. Microgyro comprises analog signal subtracter, its output making the Microgyro output.
EFFECT: higher accuracy owing to reduced drifts.
