FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: beverage contains the following components (per 100 decalitres of finished beverage): 15-25 kg of natural honey, 1.0-1.5 kg of citric acid, 0.15-0.25 kg of refined amberat extract dissolved in water; the ratio of amberat extract to water 1:8. Additionally the beverage contains 90-200 kg of berry and/or fruit and/or herb syrup, 0.150-0.177 kg of sodium benzoate; the rest is carbonated water or non-carbonated water. The berry syrup may be represented by syrup of rosehips and/or raspberry and/or red bilberry and/or blueberry and/or cranberry and/or cherry; the herb syrup - by estragon syrup. The amberat extract may by applied in the form of dry powder of amberat extract. The essence of the production method is as follows. All the beverage ingredients are placed into a blending vessels; the produced mixture is stirred during 15-20 minutes and maintained during 30 minutes, filtered and delivered for bottling.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of a tonic beverage, sediment formation exclusion and a low cost; the beverage has high organoleptic properties and an expanded spectrum of biological actions.
