SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to urology and can be used for diagnosing disorders of urodynamics of expanded pelvis in children with hydronephrosis. Diuretic is introduced and ultrasonic monitoring of pelvis dimensions at the background of forced diuresis is carried out. After introduction of diuretic pelvis volume is determined at the tenth minute of its emptying. After that volume of pelvis filling and emptying is determined with further determination of coefficient of pelvis emptying efficiency, Ko, coefficient of filling and emptying volume dependence on initial pelvis volume Kno, predicted volume of pelvis filling and emptying pVno, coefficient of pelvis adaptation to increased urine flow K_L and transitory coefficient of pyeloureteral segment of ureter Kpus. If value K_L<1 and Kpus<1, obstructive-hypertensive version of urodynamics disturbance at the level of pelvis and pyeloureteral segment is diagnosed. If value K_L>1 and Kpus<1, obstructive version of urodynamics of upper urinary ways is diagnosed. If value K_L>1 and Kpus>1 adaptation version, testifying to adequate response of reservoir function of pelvis, takes place, and if Ko=1, adequate response of pelvis and ureter to sharply increased flow of urine takes place.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of diagnostics of disturbances of expanded pelvis urodynamics.
