FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical inhalers. A dry powder inhaler is supplied with a main portion of a body with a dry powder capsule bag, with at least one needle or plate opening attachment movable with respect to the main portion of the body and used to open the capsule, and with a mouthpiece to inhale therethrough a dry powder from the open capsule. The opening attachment is fixed on the mouthpiece. The mouthpiece is movable with respect to the main portion of the body from an initial position into an opening position to open the capsule. On the side of the main portion of the body spaced from the mouthpiece, there is a rotary portion enclosing and bearing the capsule bad, and turnable relatively to the main portion of the body on an axis of rotation perpendicular to a central longitudinal axis of the mouthpiece or the main portion of the body in such a manner that in the initial position it is at least in its segment flush with a side external surface of the main portion of the body and at least partially forced outside from the main portion (14) of the body to insert the capsule. The second version of the inhaler differs by the design of the portion bearing the capsule bag.

EFFECT: simplified capsule opening.
