FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: hydro-static bearing consists of case with circular and throttling radial channels for pumping lubricant, of shaft, and of movable bush with radial throttling channels. The movable bush has circular lugs some of which are made on external cylinder surface of the movable bush forming a stepped slit throttling gap with surfaces of the case, while others are made on its ends. Internal cylinder surface of the movable bush conjugated with the shaft forms a slit throttling gap. Thrust rings are positioned on the shaft on both sides of the movable bush; end surfaces of rings form stepped slit throttling gaps with circular lugs on ends of the movable bush. End and external cylinder surfaces of thrust rings form slit throttling gaps with conjugated surfaces of the case.
EFFECT: hydro-static bearing with less friction losses of power for friction in lubricant and expanded functionality of radial-axial hydro-static supports in spindle units of various assemblies.
