SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied for direct passing endoscope through ileosecal valve during colonoscopy. Endoscope is introduced into blind gut cupola, removed from blind gut lumen, moved into small intestine. When ileosecal valve is found in upper and lower fields of vision apparatus is passed by translational movement with its rotation counterclockwise and patient's position on left side. When valve is found in left angle of vision field, apparatus is passed with its rotation counterclockwise and patient's position on back. When valve is found in the right angle of vision field apparatus is passed without rotation and patient's position on right side.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce duration of endoscopic examination.
