FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric module includes semiconductor branches of p- and n- conductivity, which are connected by means of switching buses so that electric circuit is formed, and output buses connected to power source. Each output bus consists of two parts not contacting each other and electrically connected to each other by means of jumper - current conductor. One of parts of output bus has electric contact to semiconductor element of n - or p - conductivity type. The second part of output bus has electric contact to one of current conductors connecting the module to power source at operation of module for cooling or heating or to consumer of electric energy at operation of module as current generator. Jumper is soldered or welded or bonded to one part of each output bus. Jumper can be made in the form of piece of current conductor.
EFFECT: reliable connection of module to wires connecting the module to power source or to electric energy consumer, and higher operating reliability of module.
