FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to thermoelectric devices, which operating principles are based on Peltie and Seebeck effects; it may be used for heating and cooling devices as well as air conditioning devices, measuring instruments and medical equipment. Thermoelectric module comprises semiconductor elements of p- and n-conductivity, commutation current leads interconnecting semiconductor elements and forming an active structure with them, current terminals and heat line with active structure placed between them. Heat lines are interconnected along the perimeter and/or inside active structure by gluing compound. Current terminals have zigzag shape at ends joined to the active structure. At that one end of the current terminal is soldered to commutation current leads while its other end is free for connection to the thermoelectric system.
EFFECT: reduced risk of the module damage at applied mechanical load to current terminals.
