FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to radiodiagnostics, and is intended for diagnostics of distraction bone regenerate maturity. Examination by method of magnetic-resonance imaging is performed in modes T1 and T2 WI without and with suppression of signal from fat. Zone of formed in course of reconstruction of extremities bone regenerate is scanned. Obtained images are used to determine per cent ratio of area of non-ossified part and total area of bone regenerate. If area of non-ossified part constitutes less than 30% of total area, maturity of bone regenerate is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase diagnostics accuracy due to clearer estimation of structure of examined region by method of magnetic-resonance imaging.
