SUBSTANCE: there is introduced at least one haematopoietic stem cell (HSC) modulator and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier with the HSC modulator is selected from a group consisting of PGE2, PGI2, linoleic acid, 13(s)- HODE, LY171883, "Мида" acid, eicosatrienoic acid, epoxyeicosatrienoic acid, ONO-259, Cay 1039, a PGE2 receptor agonist, 16,16-dimethyl-RGE2, 19(R)-hydroxy-PGE2, p-(p-acetamidobenzamido)phenyl ester 16,16-dimethyl-RHE2, 11-deoxy-16,16-dimethyl-RGE2, 9-deoxy-9-methylene-16,16-dimethyl-PGE2, 9-deoxy-9-methylene-RGE2, butaprost, sulproston, serinolamide PGE2, PGE2 methyl ester, 16-phenyltetranor-RGE2, 15(S)-15-Methyl-PGE2 and 15(R)-15-Methyl-PGE2 and their derivatives. What is offered is a method of HSC expansion stimulation ex vivo involving HSC incubation in the presence of at least one HSC modulator.
EFFECT: invention extends the range of products for haematopoietic stem cell growth stimulation in a subject.
