FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: well head equipment for simultaneous separate fluid injection includes parallel tubing strings connected to individual water conduit lines having individual nozzles and flow metres and connected to common water conduit. On common water conduit there installed is liquid cleaning filter made in the form of flattened hollow cone with small diameter of flattened hollow cone, which is located opposite liquid flow. Surface of flattened hollow cone is provided with filtering slots with width of filtering slots which are less than hole of nozzle and with length which is more than width by 3-4 times. Each water conduit line also includes non-return valve. At that, nozzle, non-return valve and flow metre are located in water conduit line in series streamwise of pumped liquid flow. Gates of non-return valves are made in the form of ball segment facing the liquid flow leaving the calibrated orifice of nozzle.

EFFECT: higher operating reliability of equipment for simultaneous separate fluid injection owing to preventing formation contamination with pumped liquid, and avoiding well spring of formations.
