FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises exposing specimens to optical radiation to apply impression of liquid fluorescent multicomponent colouring compositions on substrate with illumination by UV radiation, registration of fluorescence brightness by digital optical hardware and analysis of images by hardware and software means. Colour fastness is estimated from relation of fluorescence brightness before and after irradiation.
EFFECT: estimation of colour fastness.
