SUBSTANCE: there are determined maximum and/or average diametres of malignant cell nuclei, and/or their perimeter, and/or their area, and/or their volume, and/or an index form and-or an index oblongness, and/or the presence or the absence of nucleoli of the malignant cell nuclei. The presence or the absence of the nucleoli of the malignant cell nuclei are detected in certain magnification, while cariometry is enabled with a certain minimum number of the hypernephroma cell nuclei.

EFFECT: application of the method allows higher accuracy and specificity of determining a histologic malignance grade of non-metastatic hypernephroma in the patients following nephrectomy or partial nephrectomy with a new growth.
