FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to methods of radiodiagnostics of cerebrovascular liquor dynamics state. Scanning through ventricular catheter with application of pulse sequence based on gradient ECHO and standard radio-frequency coil is carried out. Linear rate of flow is measured by phase-contrast tomograms. Obtained values of linear rate are converted into volumetric one with further calculation of intracranial pressure by curve flow-pressure.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase reliability of diagnostics and detect dysfunction of liquor-shunting systems, determined as absence of liquor flow in shunt.
