FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to anesthesiology and neurology, and can be used in case of necessity to perform conductor anesthesia. For this purpose, plastic catheter is put onto syringe needle. After puncturing skin with needle catheter is moved from needle forward in such a way that sharp needle end is covered with it for at least 0.5 cm. In such position needle and catheter are moved to the place where nerve trunk is localised with further introduction of anesthetic solution.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase safety of conductor anesthesia due to movement of needle to place of nerve trunk location under cover by catheter.
