SUBSTANCE: food preparation system includes contact-free power supply to supply the power to food preparation appliance. Food preparation system includes communication system to provide communication between appliance and system for food preparation. Appliance transmits identifier to the system. If the appliance has no transmitter, the system tries to determine the type of appliance as per appliance power consumption characteristic. If appliance cannot be identified, control of food preparation system can be performed manually.
EFFECT: simpler supply of power and control of electrical appliances.
