SUBSTANCE: invention relates to kitchen appliances used for cooking food and beverages. Kitchen appliance (100) comprises body part, detachable accessory, which is container (110) or nozzle (140), for food processing, which rotates with performing mixing action, installed on/in body part, at least one sensor (112) installed in detachable accessory, and wireless transmitter (115), associated with detachable accessory, wherein transmitter (115) receives input signal from at least one sensor (112) and transmits parameters associated with input signal; and a controller in the body part for controlling operation of the kitchen appliance based on said parameters. Also disclosed is kitchen appliance (100), which comprises a body portion, a removable accessory, installed in body part and interacting with transmitter in assembly for data transmission associated with identification information on belonging, and a receiver connected to the housing part to receive data associated with the identification information.
EFFECT: disclosed is a kitchen appliance with the possibility of measuring characteristics of food and beverages.
