FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for treatment of interlayer epithelial cysts of cornea after keratorefractive operations. For this purpose area of cyst formation is exposed to impact of argon laser with wavelength 532 nm in number from 30 to 50 applications with course of 3-10 sessions. After that, oftaquix and dexamethasone are instilled. Oftaquix is instilled on first 4 days 6 times per day, after which on further 2 weeks 4 times per day. Dexamethosone is instilled on first 7 days 6 times per day, the following 7 days - 5 times per day, with successive daily reduction of multiplicity to 1 time per day.
EFFECT: method ensures efficient low-invasive treatment of such pathology, reducing treatment terms and trauma due to successive laser impact and introduction of said medications in specified regimen.
